Three-Ingredient No-Bake Peanut Butter Cups

I had the bright idea the other day to try and make my own peanut butter cups. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are quite expensive in Finland,  and they're full of sugar and additives.  I wanted to make a simple, affordable,  and slightly healthier version at home...so I did. And I have no complaints.

Three-Ingredient No-Bake Peanut Butter Cups
400g baking chocolate
200g peanut butter
50g butter

1. Melt 200g of baking chocolate in the microwave.  Place cupcake wrappers in a 12-cup cupcake pan, then evenly distribute the chocolate between the wrappers. Once distributed, hit the pan off of the table a few times so the chocolate flattens out a bit (this was the fun part), and then place the pan in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Soften the 50g butter, and mix it well into the 200g peanut butter.
3. Remove the chocolate from the freezer, and then distribute the peanut butter mixture evenly.  Again,  smash the pan off the table a few times, and then place back in the freezer for another 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Remove pan from freezer, melt the rest of your chocolate,  and again distribute and smash, and put the pan in the freezer again for another 15 minutes.
5. Remove cups from pan, and store them in the fridge. Or, eat them all then and there.

I loved these. I loved having control of the ingredients and I loved how simple they were to mske. I'll definitely be doing these again., possibly as a Christmas gift.
